Update 2.1

The game is  updated with several features:

- Number of dice faces can be changed

- Add new game mode: Demolishing

- 5 more soundtracks

- Display shadow to indicate drop location

- Bomb can explode violently 

- Playable via browser

Fixing previous bugs such as game can be displayed incorrectly with different resolution, random block may not behave correctly, fire may not burn the wood,  wind may not blow away fire or disable bomb, block can sometimes stack higher than height limit.

The game will be continue its update if needed but will be less frequent.
